Termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shalbums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shalbums and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shalbums operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
